Which should you choose?

Choose Nimanto if…

  • Your list is long and you would rather pay once per invitation than per guest.
  • You want the invitation to open with an animated envelope and play music.
  • Guests should reply to each event of a weekend, a festival or a wedding on the one invitation.
  • You send on WhatsApp, where each guest’s own link brings their reply back to your list.

Choose Paperless Post if…

  • You want a designer name on the card, or printed cards that match the online one.
  • Your list is under 50 and a free design suits you.
  • You need a password on the invitation or sends scheduled for later.

Is Nimanto a good Paperless Post alternative?

Yes, for hosts who want movement and music or who invite a lot of people. Paperless Post’s paid designs cost Coins for every guest; a Nimanto design costs the same whether you invite 30 people or 300, and guests reply on the invitation itself.

Celebrations over several days work differently too: one Nimanto invitation carries every event, from a welcome dinner to the farewell brunch, and guests say yes or no to each. See the designs by occasion and the guide to RSVP wording.

Questions people ask

Does Paperless Post charge per guest?

Yes, for paid designs. Paperless Post prices them in Coins per guest: $0.50 for Basic, $1.05 for Premium and $1.44 for All Access, so 50 guests on a Premium design cost $52.50. Nimanto never charges per guest; a premium design is one price per invitation.

Can a digital invitation play music?

On Nimanto, yes: a Signature invitation can play background music as it opens, chosen from a library of instrumentals. Paperless Post’s pages do not mention music, and its Flyer cover videos are short and silent.

How many guests can I invite for free?

On Nimanto, as many as you like: free designs have no guest or RSVP limit. On Paperless Post, the first 50 invitations sent by e-mail or phone are free on free designs, each further guest costs a Coin, and a shareable link reaches any number.

Can I print a Nimanto invitation?

Nimanto is made for phones and screens, so the invitation is a link that opens and plays. Paperless Post sells printed versions of some designs through Paper Source, which suits hosts who want matching paper cards.
