An invitation counts as live while it is published and its date has not passed; one with a premium design bought for it, or the Invitation Pass, never counts. Premium designs show which plan includes them on the templates page; on lower plans they are a one-time purchase per invitation.
Questions, answered
One that is published and whose date has not passed. Drafts and past events never count, so old invitations stay online without taking a place. An invitation with an Invitation Pass has a place of its own.
Replies are never limited on any plan. Guests per invitation follow your plan; what the plans change beyond that is how many invitations you can have live at once, and the premium designs included.
Any time. Move up and the new plan starts today, with what was left of your old plan taken off its price; move down or cancel and the change takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, with nothing refunded and your invitations left online.
No. Free covers a whole celebration. If you want a premium design you pay for it once, for that invitation only, and it stays yours for good.
The Club is for families who celebrate often: every premium design except weddings is included, with no footer, on up to ten live invitations. Pro is for planners, venues, communities and organizers: unlimited live invitations, every design (weddings and Design Genie designs when billed yearly), and on Event Hub no fixed part in the card ticket fee.
