A royal Rajasthani wedding seen through a carved pink-sandstone jharokha: a painted palace courtyard at dusk unveils inside the arch while a caparisoned elephant walks across its threshold. Rose-pink silk grounds, rani-pink type and gold foil, an order of ceremonies with a painting for each.
