A Kerala wedding on the backwaters: the names float in the morning sky above a painted panorama of palms, a houseboat and a glowing nilavilakku, an egret glides in and a country canoe drifts on the water. Kasavu ivory and green grounds, gold rules, and a sadya on the programme.
