Hanukkah

Nine Clay Lamps

Hanukkah invitation template

A dusk photograph of nine ancient-style clay oil lamps, round and closed with a short nozzle, lit on a pale limestone ledge, eight in a row and one raised, with olives, an olive branch and a little jug of oil: the miracle of oil, made real.
